By calling them "Black People" you are saying their different.
Racial discrimination refers to the separation of people through a process of social division into categories not necessarily related to races for purposes of differential treatment. -

Racial discrimination doesn't need to include race as a component?
Someone needs a dictionary..
Yes, fewer illegal immigrants working equates to more job opportunities for American citizens.

heads-up, they are black people. they IDENTIFY as black people. black lives matter and all that bullshit. your problem is with them, not the op. try and convince those colored people to assimilate into society, which is what you are suggesting, and watch them flip out on you. they want and demand division.Comment

Even if people refer to themselves the same way?
If that is the case, then the Democratic Party is a 'racist' organization? They're big on voting blocks based on 'identity groups.'Comment

The democratic party has always been a racist party, they have just figured new ways the control people other than the old methods. The ONLY reason why black people started to vote for democrats was because of JFK, before then most black people were Republican. You should really research the history of the NRA and where it came from as well. Who the KKK really had on their hit list (republicans) and who the grand funk of the kkk was before he was the "hero" of the south (byrd.)
oh those non-discriminatory democrats are fun, aren't they? how about these very racist comments from some heroes of the democratic party:
“Rather I should die a thousand times, and see Old Glory trampled in the dirt never to rise again, than to see this beloved land of ours become degraded by race mongrels, a throwback to the blackest specimen from the wilds.”
- Robert Byrd
“I am a former kleagle of the Ku Klux Klan in Raleigh County and the adjoining counties of the state …. The Klan is needed today as never before and I am anxious to see its rebirth here in West Virginia …. It is necessary that the order be promoted immediately and in every state of the Union. Will you please inform me as to the possibilities of rebuilding the Klan in the Realm of W. Va …. I hope that you will find it convenient to answer my letter in regards to future possibilities.”
- Robert Byrd
“I’ll have those hahahahahahas voting Democratic for the next 200 years.”
- Lyndon B. Johnson
“You f*cking Jew b@stard.”
- Hillary Clinton
‘Hymietown.’
- Jesse Jackson describing New York City
“Jews — that’s J-E-W-S.”
- State Senator Bill McKinney explaining why his daughter Cynthia lost in 2002
“Civil rights laws were not passed to protect the rights of white men and do not apply to them.”
- Mary Frances Berry, Chairwoman, US Commission on Civil Rights
The white man is our mortal enemy, and we cannot accept him. I will fight to see that vicious beast go down into the lake of fire prepared for him from the beginning, that he never rise again to give any innocent black man, woman or child the hell that he has delighted in pouring on us for 400 years.”
- Louis Farrakhan
“White folks was in caves while we was building empires… We taught philosophy and astrology and mathematics before Socrates and them Greek homos ever got around to it.”
- Rev. Al Sharpton
“The white race is the cancer of human history.”
- Susan Sontag
These negros, they’re getting pretty uppity these days and that’s a problem for us since they’ve got something now they’ve never had before, the political pull to back up their uppityness.
- LBJ
“I am not going to use the federal government’s authority deliberately to circumvent the natural inclination of people to live in ethnic homogeneous neighborhoods.”
- Jimmy Carter
I mean, you’ve got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.”
- Joe Biden (referring to Barack Obama)
and of course obama making fun of disabled people bowling on letterman.Comment

Well concluded. And there might be a reason - blacks get all kind of extra bonuses (aff. action etc), double standards to their favor, handouts etc. for crying about it.
Homos - not so much bonuses, so less point in crying.Comment
