It may have been shipped. I sent an order out last year to a guy in Austrailia and it took him nearly 3 months to recieve it. Item was sent within 2 days of his purchase. We went back and forth for two months ,him saying I never sent the item. But I did have all records from the postal service to prove I sent it.
Ask seller for shipping varification.If it was sent from the U.S he had to fill out customs papers. And would have been given copies.
