One thing is clear. Madthumbs is an industry staple, I would hope they address this situation, and handle the issues brought up in this thread. copyright violations, Greyarea 2257 issues, and password trading needed to be looked at IMHO not to mention professional courtesy.

However, I can only assume that if I post a few pics in a thread that gets several thousand views, then I know our URL gets seen by all those eyes and I always post a link.
