at the software company i work for, i have to call microsoft at least 3 times a week to have them reactivate our XP codes due to beta testing and changing of hardware...what a pain in the ass.

I must say though, it is pretty quick and effortless...they don't even ask any questions...its more like "whats your product ID?"..."okay, your good to go"...in an indian accent ;)
