I always wondered what a site Like Mad Thumbs Chat would do if someone whose pictures are being posted got upset.
I'm sure that the picture threads with Anns pictures will be removed.
However, the question still remains... What about all the other pictures?
Surfers upload photos from their hard drives to Mad Thumbs Chat. Other surfers can view or download the images. Since Mad Thumbs hosts these images doesn't that make them responsible for any copyright violation?
I always wondered about that.
Then again, I downloaded pics of Ann from that site before this thread even got started. I'm glad I did.

If a response wasnt given after that I would have had my solicitor move in for legal action Against the owner of madthumbs.com, the upstream provider, the hosting company and the colocation facility owner. That usually does the trick.
