    Who The Fuck Runs Madthumbs.com????

    Do any of you guys know this dumbass who runs this board?? This fucker is distributing my content and I'm sick and tired of it. I have tried contacting him several times via email to ask him to take my shit down but he doesn't reply. I'm hoping someone here may know him and help me get in touch with him before I get my lawyer involved.

    I hate to make a post like this but I'm annoyed to shit!

                                              Why Madthumbs is just a TGP, she produces her own content. What gives that guy the right to distribute her content for free? He doesnt answer her emails so she is pissed off. TGP traffic is crap and it is even worse when they are giving it away and she is not getting credit for it.

Some of us stick to ourselves (or within small niche groups), find our groove and move forward without monster sites such as those helping us.

She contacted Mad Thumbs and told him it, he should have taken the links down. Either way, he is in violation of copyright just as much as the person submitting the gallery. Just because someone is big and known doesn?t make it right to violate someone?s copyright.

                                                                                                  Yes, I?m speaking from experience and not with Mad Thumbs but other large TGP?s and sites.

                                                                                                                  It's a great site for surfers to pic up some free pics, however, the images are hosted on Mad Thumbs servers, so where does that leave them as far as copyright violation?

                                                                                                                  In some instances surfers post entire photo sets from a girls members area.

                                                                                                                  It's different than posting a thumbnail gallery.

                                                                                                                  To say that TGP traffic is crap is a little naive. I don't think there is such a thing as crap traffic. I sure would like to have the amount of traffic that they have, crap or not.

The question was who runs the shit. No one replies to emails so who runs it??? Someone has to reply if they are in charge.

                                                                                                                          There is nothing good about stealing and distributing content. If he has been around for as long as he has, he should know this well enough. I'm not the only webmaster he is hurting in this way, there are at least a dozen more. And guess what...they are also having trouble getting in touch with the guy.

                                                                                                                          I was looking at his who is info but he is under privacy protection which can only be broken by legal action, therefore I can't contact his server even until I get lawyers involved. I wanted this solved in a nice and businesslike way which is whay I tried so many times to write to him. Believe me last thing I wanted to do was make a thread about it I just used it as my last option.

                                                                                                                          To those who posted to help me out thank you. Basic_man I will try him on ICQ although I doubt he will reply.
