The "Simple Life" star, who said she'd had one margarita that night, denied driving recklessly but has admitted, "Maybe I was speeding a little bit." Meanwhile, vintage glam rocker Alice Cooper tells Steppin' Out's Chaunce Hayden: "Her publicist, Elliot Mintz, is one of my oldest friends. [This bust] just stinks of a Hollywood publicity stunt!" Mintz didn't get back to us by deadline. ? Foxy Brown has dodged a jail term. The rapper yesterday appeared in Jersey City Municipal Court to hear her former associate Rasheeda Ellis tell a judge she was dropping her claim that Foxy made terroristic threats against her.
