I remember an ex girlfriend and one of my friends doing that years ago but I was afraid to try it. I think they filled up balloons though, and had some cracker thing that opened those c02 style cartridges with the nitrous.

yea those crackers go bad after about 100 whippits (one case is 24)

me & my friends go through 300 or more
