Due to massive amounts of red tape regarding money transmitter licenses and other complications regarding the running of a paypal type business in the US, I had to change things up a bit which is causing delays. Originally the third party billing solution, and the payment service were to be two separate business models. I've decided to incorporate them into one business as this is less of a nightmare redtape wise.
Limited open testing on all the systems has already begun. It will be located at verifiedcharge.com but the old company name (bliggle.com) will also point there.
Hope this helps. As I am sure you understand it takes quite a bit of time/resources for this type of undertaking, and other smaller projects sometimes take priority, since they can be deployed much faster, with considerably less headache.
