Content Pricing?
I often host models here at my studio, who stay for a few days at a time. I announce their availability to local producers who pay the models for scenes, as well as pay me for use of my rental studio.
While the models are around I shoot some content for my own projects, but there is often time where I don't have too much going on.
A few people suggested that I begin to offer exclusive and non-exclusive content for other producers, since I have the studio, photography experience, talent, etc.
What is the rate for such work here in the states?

Solo Girl No Toys - Solo Girl with Toys - BJ Scenes - B/G - Assorted Fetish - etc. Just Video - Just Stills - Photo & Video - Dialogue - Just Music - Raw Footage vs Edited Scenes, etc.
Exclusive and non-exclusive rates, and does anyone have a generic content provider / producer agreement / contract for such an arrangement?
Also, does anyone have a need for content?
Any help would be appreciated.
