our experience hasn't been great but that's from very general TGP traffic ... TGP surfers are typically after free content ... but I assume with the right targeted traffic ie. from an Amateurs type TGP might do better

As long as you sell them the fantasy that they can actually meet someone real that will fuck them and as long as they can initially sign up for free, then you can convert that kind of traffic.
Keep in mind that if you have a lot of US traffic, you should try geo-targetted ads.

No matter what any sponsor tells you, all tgp traffic converts differently. I prefer to run tests with traffic before making sweeping judgements.
