                      I seem to remember they're talking about castration or something like that...

                      And it may have actually been a comedy show rather than a genuine chat show... although if it was a comedy show you'd expect the audience to be a bit more hyped up

                          Its a fake comedy show from Belgium.. This video is like an after interview with the talkshow host to what had happend on that show.. And he is explaining it and why he started to laugh etc... They are acting like this guy is some serious talk show host and he's explaining that that episode of the show was about serious sickness and that he couldn't stop laughing about the guy with the high voice and after the show he lost his job and things.. its pretty funny

                                  The show was recorded in Belgium and yes........ it's a fake.

                                  Those guys have a new show uphere called 'het eiland' (the island) about a few guys working together in their office.... pretty good.

                                  The conversation here is about sexuall relations with a person with a handicap.

                                                          For most people uphere we are proud to be Flemisch but we talk Dutch (with a twist)
                                                          What most people uphere don't like is the French speaking part of Belgium (Wallonie), the political debate uphere has been going on for about 10 years and still hot. Right now they are fighting for the cities around Brussels as to make them Dutch or French language. In some cities people actually move out because city officials (like police, city hall reps, etc...) refuse to talk the language of the part of Belgium the city is located in.
