      flv loads much faster...id say 95% of everyone online has flash installed now

          I use FLV in my tour since almost everyone has flash installed on their computer, plus it loads fast and can be easily embedded.

          The quality is not as good as the other formats you cited, so I use those in the Members area.

                  What do you use to compress it?

                  I have been using AutoDesk Cleaner, but can only get one pass, so there are still lots of artifacts and such.
