I would dispute that. www.verifiedcharge.com (just one example) I guess you could argue the one image on the whole site is unique though

Although this technique (for me anyway) is no longer of use since I started testing an idea which evolved into Bliggo, people tell me it still works very well.

haha yea its a never ending discussion..... but looking at what the guy in the video said you could look at that site like this: If there was a huge amount of unique content on it it would have a pr 8 ;)
