In order to create ads for the Chinese font system you need to install a plugin to read the fonts and to enable photoshop to read the fonts also.
Unless you have the Chinese version of Photoshop that is
I have the plugin here because we get a lot of Chinese translations work, its application file is called NJWin185.exe you can probably find it on Google somewhere.
Also, make sure you have the correct font type installed too else it wont work
Alternately, you can have us do the work for you
