    Help me improve my Google AND Yahoo Rank.

    I have 4 sites in the top 100 (13, 40, 60,80) in Yahoo! for one very competative keyphrase, however the same phrase used in Google doesn't bring in any pages at all.

    What can be done to improve my google ranking without hurting the Yahoo! one?

                  I don't know, I find a goat is just as effective. Human blood, like over linking, can have negative effects.

                          be thankful you have a listing at one.

                          I would suggest starting a new site and trying for google on it, so you don't mess up your yahoo rankings.

                                  Is your site new? If so, there might not be much you can do about Google right now. And yeah, things you change in one can hurt you in the other.

                                                          The site isn't new, it's been around for a few years now. I was just hoping that there was a way to improve my listing within Google without ruining the Yahoo! rank.
                                                          I have tried all sorts of differnet title, meta and keyword tags and Yahoo! consistantly gives all of my sites a higher placement.. but why is this?

                                                          I like the idea of making a copycat site geared towards Google though.
