I did when I first started but I read some where if you put your monitor up so your head is straight and you face forward and you place your chair at a height so your shoulders do not hang or shrug up then the pain with go away.
I went to Home Depot and got these cool nice bricks and put my monitor up so my head doesn't tilt forward and I got a nice office chair so my back sits nice and my elbows rest comfortably on the desk making my shoulders level as I type. All my neck aches went away. It was so worth it. Now when I use my laptop for any amount of time I notice a pain in my neck real fast from tilting my head down. It?s amazing the difference it makes.
