Undercut everyone else with a $10 monthly membership or even a lot less, and add plugin feeds, etc... and then try and upsell the girl with her own live webcam sessions for her die hard customers (where hopefully you would rake in the cash).

BFV had some good advice, lots of reading but it was good - with the exception of no trials

the problem with GFY and those of you who hang out here and other boards is that you have no imagination, you think you have to do what the other guy is doing...who says you have to have a trial for a few days or no trial...be creative, be different ...make your trial 2 months for the price of one (thats what I do) but make it hard to find ... you try to get them to buy a full membership first then hit them up with the trial later.

get out away from the circle of people who visit GFY and see the rest of the net..there are some damn good ideas out there.

NATS, why do you need to spend that kind of money on a new site? You can get as good a program, 100 or 200$, you dont know about them because the authors dont spam GFY, but they are out there.

bad idea, someone suggest I do this back in 1997, I tried it and it pissed my members off to no end. it lasted about 3 days before I stopped it and went back to normal.

First of all NO TRIALS on single girl site.
Its going to be a big misatke if you will do it.
You have a new site, with few content and sufers will donload all of your content in one day.
Trials can work on maybe very old solo sites, with tons of content.
But defently forgot about new sites and trials.

Also NATS its a great script but it will be best for you not to use it now, wait until you will make money with a site.
Try to get ccbill.
Some webmasters can ofer you that for a smal %%, to use there account.

Where did you buy a listing and it was no sells? maybe it was justa wrong place for solo girls sites.
For example the hun.
The hun have a great traffic, and we can amkle a lot of sells from the listing but singlke girls sites just don't get a good results from it.

I think your tour looks nice and clean, just change some pics, maybe texts.

Maybe you dont have a good sells, only ebcause you got the worng traffic.
