        AlienQ .... I've read a few posts where you involved in over the years and thought you were a little "different" ... and I mean that in the nicest possible way.

        Anyway, I digress ... you are doing SoS no favours by being belligerent with the people that are trying to help him. From what I gather, you've helped him too, with the design, but it doesn't stop there. He can be most helped by you at this stage, if you would let people who know his niche help him.

        Don't let him be alienated (did they conceive this word specifically for YOU?) simply because you think you know it all! You can't be designer, traffic manager and everything else this kid needs.

            I needed to cut down some of the mis information.

            I believe that larger multiple page tours are useful and so are short ones.
            But saying there is a substantial drop off from each page?
            Is incorrect.

            If every monkey did not come in this thread spamming there shit I wouldnt have came in. If I did not step in this thread it would have fucken died with SOS not getting info he could use.

                            i think its the other way around.... the photog is what makes the magic and guides her to what to do.. sure it helps if shes camera friendly.. but with the right angle, lighting, and proper shot... thats all it takes... she already has the look.. shes never done this so she needs to be guided to what to do.

                                                                                                        I highly doubt you have as much traffic on page 15, 20, or 30 as you do on page 1. The people on those pages are jacking off to your samples.

If you have lots of girls on your site then you can have a million tour pages - but when you have just one girl on your site and you have lots of tour pages the surfer either gets his fill of that girl just from all those freebies - or he gets bored and goes away.

                                                                                                            As I said before - a one girl site needs a short sharp tour that get's the surfer to the join page while he's still horny enough to join - not so worn out and bored that all he wants to do is go somewhere else.

It doesn't matter if PerfectGonzo sites have one page, 20 pages, 200 pages, they are converting your ass, and that is that.

                                                                                                                        SoS's site having difficulties has little to do with tour page count, and everything to do with what others here have already said (improvement of traffic source quality, improvement to the girls attitude in pics, improvment to the photography, improvement to satisfying this audience with softer cutesy themes rather than stripper boots, etc, etc.)

                                                                                                                        Great suggestions in this thread, I know nothing about solo-girl sites, not my area of income at all, but it's great learning for sure.

                                                                                                                                                            you know... i 'm not planning on starting too many solo sites... the only reason i have started with this one is because that initial startup capitol was quite a bit lower then a reality site for example.. if i see enough ROI from this site to start a reality site this will be my last solo site.... if not.. then i'll start another solo site... and use them to fund a reality site.... but right now i need to focus on getting this site generating some revenue and then i can worry about the rest

                                                                                                                                                                            so far i'm going to add

                                                                                                                                                                            1.) a flash game
                                                                                                                                                                            2.) crazy explosions and shit
                                                                                                                                                                            3.) a section to download ripped games
                                                                                                                                                                            4.) replace the big picture of julia blue beside the butterfly with a big pic of tupac
                                                                                                                                                                            5.) replace to butterfly with an uzi

                                                                                                                                                                                Now, that is rather low, but most likely comes from the traffic source. I would bet that there is a lot of foreign click-happy traffic that just hope to see a pic after each link they click...

                                                                                                                                                                                700 to join page with such traffic most likely means around 7000-10000 first page hits. Which would be an ok ratio from the gallery really.

                                                                                                                                                                                So I bet a major problem right now is traffic source. But all the ideas in this thread should give you a bunch of things to do while NATS is getting ready for ya ;)

That's not the point. The point is that 1 page tours can convert just as well or better than multi-page tours and you can build a very successful program from it.

                                                                                                                                                                                        How many people build TGP galleries that go to their own 1 page self designed tour and they link that to the join page of the regular pay site? Plenty of very successful gallery people do that and have been doing it for as long as there's been the possibility of linking to join pages... And they wouldn't be doing it if it didn't sell.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Example: My TCG stats for the past six months (all from TGPs btw) show my MAIN page join ratio to be approximately 1:455. But my JOIN page join ratio is 1:66....SoS's site's JOIN page ratio is currently 1:700.

                                                                                                                                                                                                Big difference.

                                                                                                                                                                                                SoS is doing the right thing by taking action now, there is definitely something up, and with all this help I'm sure he'll kick its ass.
