Send an email to the guy (acting like you are her) and tell him 'sorry can't make it, something better came along', then change the locks when she goes to meet him. She'll come back after thinking she's been stood up, realizing how great you are only to find the locks changed. She'll not only have nobody at this point but you'll also get to keep all her shit.
