As far as RoboForm is concerned all you need to do is back up your searchcards and profiles. This done by clicking on the RoboForm icon in the browser and then:
Options--->User Data--->Backup
There is another button for restoring on the same menu. Your passcards are all individual files and that screen also shows you were they are. You can just put them back after you re-install.

PS If you are a Pro user it may tell you that you have exceeded your activation limit when you re-install. If so, call the no. above.
