    is there an anti-spam software that can...

    scan the image when the email only contain an image for certain keywords I specify?
    or better yet, I can give a regular expression that would be scanned in the image and if it is found - the software deletes it

                  Instead, start a fundraising program, raise as much as possible then pay for a couple of professional hits on the spammers responsible. Get the hitmen to kill the spammers in really horrible ways, then sit back as spamming drops off to a trickle. I'd kill them myself if I could be sure I wouldn't get caught.

                          Take a look at spamarrest is better to use them instead ordinary spam software.

                              I use spamarrest to filter out the unwanted email. I love it you might want to try that. I have been using it for 2 years now.
