A release/renew will do nothing on your PC except release and renew the IP address your router is assigning to you. There's no point in that. Since your problem is on all three PCs, it's pretty safe to assume the issue is with your router.

You've got a couple of options here. Your best bet is to completely bypass your router and connect one computer straight to the modem. Since you're on ADSL, you're likely using PPPoE as the connection type. Once the router is bypassed, you'll have to setup your PC to connect via PPPoE. Your ISP will walk you through that (takes less than 5 minutes). At that point, one of two things will happen. One, you'll get a connection. Then you know the problem is with the router. Two, you'll still not be connected. If that happens, call your ISP back as the issue is likely with them (the chances of both your router and your PC crapping out at the same time is unlikely).

If the router is to blame, you can try a factory reset (check your manual). If that fails, call your router vendor or buy a new router. Also, fire your tech guy as bypassing the router is THE FIRST THING he should've done.
