    Do you use epassporte to pay utility bills?

    Anybody here use epassporte to pay utility bills like Rogers Cable or Vonage? Does it go through for you? Discuss.

                  I used it to pay for the shopping a couple times but each time I did it took double the amount of my account and it took over a month to get it added back on. So now I don't use it to pay for anything via the Electron card.

                  I just withdraw cash from the atm with it.
