I walk as fast as I can to the car and turn the air conditioner on high.

Actually, I play tennis, at 7am, that's about the only time its bearable.

I'm not complaining, I actually love the heat. Im just being sarcastic. I lived in Palm Springs for 8 years and it was fine. The heat is better than extreme cold.

Truth be told, I go jogging every morning at 7am and every night I hit the pool. But during the day..... I never step outside. I'd go hungry or without smokes before I'd step outside!

It still amazes me to see people driving around without A/C. Of course I did it my first summer here in 95. I drove down from Colorado in my 85 Chevy Cavalier... memories...

we've been in the low 100s here, but the difference here, is that it ACTUALLY cools down to a nice mid-high 70s around 7-8pm-ish...whereas I know Phx can stay in the high 90s all night long

that's what kills the thought of moving back to AZ for me...
