Currently at 250+ domains registered at Registerfly and Namecheap. I'm well known at dnforum and active on many mainstream domain boards. I can flat out tell you that you are absolutely wrong about them not being able to yank the domain from you. I've known dozens of webmasters that have registered domains infringing on the trademarks of well known companies and they have lost the domains without any say so.
