Never knew Scotland had it's own time zone vc
There are no countries on the time zone page - only cities, - and don't suppose there was much need to add Edinburgh since all of the UK works on GMT. (ie use London)
BTW... Here's a handy Firefox plugin which will display your customized time zones in the status bar:
