      Without knowing anything about what you're promoting, I'd say that's a very good ratio.

                  1:260 is my average for TGP traffic with Jason & Alex and TCG...

                      It depends on a lot of factors, the keyword, where you rank relative to other listings, etc. etc. On some SE traffic I get 1:50 and on some really badly placed listings as bad as 1:2000.

                              same here (about the 1:60'ish SE ratio)
                              thats what im used to with other sponsors that i push (with my SE traffic).
                              so i wasnt sure if 1:260 was bad, okay, decent, or good.

                                  Sounds descent to me assuming you're somewhere between top 5-15 listings.
                                  If you're in the top 5 for your keywords, you should be getting a better ratio though.

                                              I promote mainstream stuff on SE. Never tried adult sites. What does your page look like? Is it a gallery? Or do you cheat SE's with text sites but sending surfers to the paysite?

                                                  its a VERY old freesite. im taking a look at it now & going to making changes.
                                                  now that i think about it, the title could be a little misleading.

                                                  its like "Amateur Petite Teens" and someone wants "Amateur Teens", they're not gonna buy a membership for it if the teens are too small for their taste (it was the best analogy i could come up with without giving away my site)

                                                  i got some tweaking to do i guess. *sigh*

                                                              example: hardcore teen sex pics (generic) versus shaved nude teens (specific).
                                                              If its generic, its still a good ratio, if its a specific keyword, you might want to try changing the site or sponsor to see if you can find a better fit.

                                                                  overall 1:260 is a good ratio... but as WG said, if its only a top 5 listing on a very good keyword, it could be better.
