i agree with what you're trying to say. I don't take to hijacking in any way shape from or fashion too kindly either. I set my business practices up to avoid that as well. It happens though - nature of business - adult or mainstream. I usually catch it - hopefully sooner than later - and move on. I don't think there is a single one of us in this biz that's an angel. Some dumb assed religious guy that i usually don't agree with once said "let he who is without sin throw the first stone".

i'd had things fuck up. i'm not saying they did this on purpose or not - that's not my place to make any comment on. I honestly don't know.

i also don't base my business decisions on the realtions others have with any company. I won't stop using andreas over this thread. i WILL however - look a LITTLE closer at the business i do with him though based on this thread for the next little while - and make my own decision to continue based on that. That will happen cause of this thread. and that's happening mostly cause he hasn't shown his face here yet. there isn't too many good excuses that would qualify for him not posting either in my books.

The plot thickens. Now it's 2 industry players that Andreas fucked over and surprise surprise Andreas is nowhere to be seen. I don't care what Andreas' standing in this industry is, his actions towards Lou (and now Far-L) and his response speak volumes. This thread has cost him business from us. Not to mention the way his people (Ace) act like fuckin douche bags at shows. At the last Sleazy party he was drunk (possibly high) and making the women around him feel very uncomfortable. I let it slide the last time but next time I won't.

Sleazy I suggest you tell Ace to get his shit together or even better not invite him to the next Tgp Party. He's a loser that adds absolutely nothing to the TGP Party. If it really is an ELITE party don't invite the sales people from companies. The Tgp party is elite when elite people are a part of it. Having drunk moron sales people like him show up really lowers the quality in my opinion.

Let us begin with what is SoCalStreams, Our relationship & "The Facts"

What was SoCalStreams?

A monthly plug-in that was based on the members area of socalcoeds.com with additional content from Dirtylatinamaids and an assortment of other sites. The plugin was updated every week with a new girl and all videos were stamped naughtyamerica.com.

Who is Louis & what is Karups PC?

Louis is the president and owner of Karups Pc. Karups is an exclusive photography and video website that has been around for five to seven years

What is my relationship with Louis?

I have known Louis for over four years. I have had drinks with him at shows, spoken to him on the phone, wrote him Christmas cards, talked with him about both our personal pasts, family life and occasionally spoken about our business goals in the industry. We have never had one disagreement over a four year period or one single issue that needed to be resolved. When he was unhappy with our pricing of the streams, we lowered the pricing due to our relationship in the past. We never had a contract nor a written agreement of any kind. We simply did business as good friends and always were around to help each other. When we first spoke I introduced him to the concept of mailing your ex-members to get them to re-join and even offered our original photographer for socalcoeds to shoot for Karups. In return he offered some solid advice and it seemed like a beneficial relationship.

How did Louis inform us of this MAJOR problem he uncovered?

I was driving to work and I got a phone call from Louis on my personal cell phone. This man stopped what he was doing to call me at 7.30 in the morning to inform me of this major problem. He immediately asked me why I was trying to fuck him over with up sells? I was shocked! ....I did not know what he was talking about or why he would even accuse me of such a thing. At first I thought maybe he had not looked at our streams in over a year and noticed that we had NaughtyAmerica on the images and videos? No way could that be possible....could it? Louis cares about his members area so much and all his members yet it just now dawned on him that we were putting NA in the videos? Did Louis forget that the videos had NA in them? No, he full well knew about NA and had no problem with it. I asked him about Hustler and he said that it did not bother him about their stamping b/c everyone knows Hustler? After finally trying to figure out why he was upset, he articulated that he saw socalcoeds.com on some images and a ticker...I laughed and informed him that this was an honest mistake and would be corrected immediately once I saw the problem for myself. Low and behold when I got to the office I saw exactly what was in question, we had updated the streams with the exact page template from the socalcoeds.com members area. Don?t forget folks?we were leasing the exact same content to our customers as we gave our members. Well, Mr.Louis did not accept these obvious facts. Louis could not believe that we would have made such a simple mistake.


How I felt this should have been resolved?

Because Louis uncovered this minor mistake I felt that it was best to give him some kind of compensation. Had it had not been for Louis it would have been another customer or our team that uncovered this error. As a program owner, tgp owner or content reseller we all make common mistakes that are brought to our attention and we fix them. Due to the fact this error was online no longer then a couple weeks and was on 3 or 4 girls pages from a list of 110, I figured that a free month would be sufficient. Unfortunately, this was not enough for Louis?so I offered him exit traffic from SoCalCoeds.com. I felt this would be a fair exchange for uncovering our honest mistake. Again?this was not enough for Louis. Something must have really upset him as he continued to scream and yell. He felt that there is no way anyone could have made a simple mistake, people must be trying to screw him over, and the world must be against him. He yelled, he screamed and nothing was accomplished. After arguing back and forth he let me know he would get back to me with what he felt was a fair resolution. Eventually I got an email and some phone calls that added up to the following:

?Pay us $3000 or we are going to the message boards.?


Why did Louis get so upset and not believe the facts or the logical explanation?

Could it have been that this was the day after the 2257 ruling? Was Louis upset about something and wanted to take it out on someone b/c of a bigger issue? Why would he think Andreas, a guy he knew for four years would try to ruin his entire relationship with such a successful and powerful person in the industry over some random type-in sales. You must remember that it is not like we had a special socalstreams just for Louis? So?.we would have been trying to intentionally screw everyone over? That makes no sense at all. If we were going to try and steal traffic, don?t you think this seems a little strange to try something so small and obvious? What about when you make a mistake on your tours and a reseller does not get credit for a sale? I think we have a bigger issue on our hand that now needs to be examined. Do you realize what you have done to yourself. You built your business on the idea that members stick with you b/c you are the best and now you are quibbling that you LOST ALL OF YOUR MEMBERS b/c of this?


Why did I not post?

I owe my resellers and employee?s more then responding to a post from someone who is obviously used to sitting behind a desk and firing away at a key board. I don?t know why someone could get so upset over such an honest mistake. If I pay Louis $3000 then I set a precedent that every little mistake we make or any program makes should be over compensated to those who were affected. If a reseller finds a broken link your pages are you going to pay him 1 billion dollars? We offer a great product at a great price and we always strived to make things top notch.

These are the facts. If you don?t believe them?that is fine. I am not going to debate what happened and what did not.
If we ever make another mistake we will be sure to correct it immediately like we did when this happened.

As for Louis, you've been spoken to about this and we have laid out the facts for you that you know to be true. You got upset due to a single mistake on our site involving 4 girls out of 110.

You base those 4 girls that aren?t even popular as us stealing traffic from you. Well if that is what you are really worried about and our 4 girls from our streams sucked your business dry, then you are probably in worst shape than we thought.

We honestly did not know one of our updaters accidentally put that on those pages. As an honest company we accept full responsibility. I don't want to see someone try to turn this into us blaming some random guy. We told you we?d offer to put you on our exits and not charge you for a month of the streams. The girls that had the error were, Naudia, Jessica, Shayna, and Karla, I've checked out server logs, they were only up for a couple of weeks, so if you have some sort of beef with us that?s your problem.

This was not intentional and I'm sure we pretty well all know this. This was unintentionable and we did what we could to resolve this for you to benefit us both.
