                          you can set it to your whole hard drive or a single document

                          all in all this one took 22 minutes

                                  TextPad does it too. Not sure about the whole hard drive though. If you ever need to change links across all of your sites quickly, you can issue a search and replace at the server level. Your host would be able to help with that.
