Do you think a program that do this is professional?

I've made a constructive criticism to a sponsor and he has just deactivated my account. Would YOU trust such a sponsor?

This is what I said to him (my exact word): Can I ask you a favor? Could you try to send less e-mails to your affiliates? It's really annoying getting e-mails as often as you guys send them.

This is his reply: we just deleted you from our list

AND: Don't worry you never get anymore e-mails from us..EVER

we checked your affiliate ID...you never sent a click since Jan 05

so you're now out.

There's a reason why I never sent any traffic to this sponsor. There's also a reason why I wanted to be his affiliates. But after getting this kind of response I guess I'll have to say: your loss. I'll start a thread with my stats later today.

That's nothing, my buddy just got dropped from a major program because he sent 2 signups on a bonus day with a 1:8 ratio. They said he was cheating. It's a sponsor he's sent nearly a hundred signups to in the last year. How the hell can you tell a person is cheating from 2 signups?!

SicCash canned me last year after I had send a whopping 8 SU in a 3 month period and 3 charged back. They said since my chargeback ratio was over 1% my account was cancelled. Now how can you tell ANYTHING by 8 fricken sign ups? Hell ONE chargeback would have out me over the limit. I e-mailed them asking them to explain to me how it is MY fault people charged back? After all I just send them the people it's THEIR job to not over-promise and under-deliver. Then they e-mailed be back threatening to contact all the major sponsors and let them know about me and have them cancell my accounts. Funny how ARS and Pimproll and others have never had any problems with me.

No of course I wasn't. That's a stupid thing to do. If I did as soon as the surfer went to the tour he would see I was full of shit and not even sign up. Their sites weren't being too profitable for me anyways so no big deal I just thought that was bush league to threaten someone like that. I've been using BGB for a while now on one of my sites. Haven't had any problems with emails.

no hits at all since jan 05? maybe if you contacted them and said why your not sending hits for a while they would have kept it open.

Once every 2 weeks would be more than fine and make sure every email has tools to make them money such as the newest galleries and good tips on how to convert your sites.

Side note:
I dont feel comfortable asking sponsors for anything much less doing business with them unless I've met the owner, affiliate manager or rep in person or at least had a positive personal referrence from someone I trust who is doing business with them. Usually seems to help eliminate much unwanted drama I think.

Now we are locking down new terms and conditions. If you haven't sent a "CLICK" not a sale.... But a click you will be deleted from the account.

If this is too much to ask from a sponsor, then you are in a very fucked up world.

There will always be n00bs who are amazed by the 17,97 sale theyve made and forget retention sucks. You want the best for your aff, not just the initial but 6 months later as well. So : we all gave positive feedback. And they couldnt care less and kept yelling. And now a lotta affiliates decided to leave. In fact 99% of the nonnude community decided to stop pushing them cause of the way they got treated.

And what do they do. Shout more. Shame, their girls are nice. The sites are ok, payout is cool, but damn the way they treat ppl is so disgusting.

I asked them to stop e-mailing me a while back and they kindly removed me off their list, was getting maybe one e-mail a week or so, as for sales i still promote them and they are still coming, and rebills i don't look at those pieces of shit anymore they suck ALL ACROSS THE BOARD OF WHAT I PROMOTE ,
