anyone using an oral that can result in liver toxicity are usually doing it with regular visits to the doctor to monitor their blood values and their are plenty of signs to watch for when your liver is being stressed and plenty of obvious warning signs. you don't just wake up 30 years later with gynecomastia and liver problems. they both happen while taking whatever drugs they are taking.
