                                                                          They don't make up the questions or take the surveys, they are all taken from various sources such as news media, US magazine publications, online sources etc etc.

                                                                          Conduct your own survey of any random 1000 adults, ask them what thing they hate the most when their partner doesn't do it and you'll likely get all the same answers posted here, including "not replacing the toilet roll".
