    When you check stats in your webmaster account you dont see any sales you made with your affiliate account right? Eventhough you have them merged? Right?

                              I have my webmaster and one of my affiliate accounts merged and you can check the amount of your check and total amount of both the webmaster and affiliate payout broken down to show the amount of each.

                              You will not see the invidual sales made from your affiliate account though. You still have to keep checking your affiliate login for the full stats.
