If your sending traffic I treat everyone equal. sales or no sales. everyone is Important

as far as priority the one who has the most sales gets first priority.

But its rare that more than 2 need something at one time

Both guys are important. It's great to have the one guy making 3-5 sales a day but the other one has shown loyalty and consistency over time.

the both but if an affiliate has been sending 1 sale daily for the past 15 months, i will do my best to improve his value. Pretty sure that he could send me 3-5 a day

This goes back to what I have said for along time. I would rather have 100 affiliates sending me 1 signup a day than 1 affiliate sending 100. All affiliates are important however, if something happens and one affiliate decides to change things up and leaves...you are not left with a big gap to fill if you have steady and consistent traffic over a diverse group of webmasters.

Both are just as important. In fact, anybody sending traffic to our sites is important. Without the small traffic and big alike, we'd be missing out on a lot of daily sales. The affiliate traffic pool is just like a personal pool. You get signups trickling in here and there from different sources, but they make up the entirity of your income.

I treat everyone with the same respect and courtesy. If I am working with an Affiliate, I am going to do all I can to increase their sales and do whatever I can to assist them. No matter if they send 1 join or 1000 joins.

Each affiliate is going to get my attention and best service I can provide.

Everyone gets good service from me. We might take the whales out for dinner, send gift baskets, design special tours, etc. but if the guy sending one sale a year needs help, he's going to get it just as fast as the one sending 1 sale an hour. After all, that guys sending 1 sale a year could easily grow

Exactly, all are important of course you can afford to give more atenttion to the wales but that is far from meaning you will ignore the small guy
