    Epassporte Kicks Ass!

    It seems to me that there is a steady flow of complaining threads here on GFY about them... I just wanted to say that they've given me stellar service with my account on several occasions and that we appreciate that very much! I've had a few challenges over the last year but they have always exceeded my expectations with their response.

              From what I've seen the people who have problems with epass are the ones in foreign countries and who may not be doing entirely legitimate things with it (same as paypal.)

                  They do ask for documentation, etc, but let's be honest it's a fucked up world out there and there is an unfathomable amount of fraud that everyone works to protect themselves against.

                              Hate to burst your bubble but Epassporte IS not a US company, sure they have an office here. But they are in fact Dutch (unless that has changed) this is also the reason you can not use your virtual visa everywhere online (ie NewEgg.com) because it shows up as a foreign card for them.

                              I have a great experience with Epassporte, for some reason my account got downgraded at one point because according to their system I was an emplyee there .. NOT.. but it got solved quickly and everything is fine since.

                              So not bad mouthing Epass just bursting that bubble about how foreigners are always bad..
