We're about to find out!!
The first official announcement about our highly anticipated user review site:
Porn Users
Since launching TheBestPorn.com in late 2003, we've lead consumers to what we consider the "best" porn. Our reviewers are good, but will never be perfect. Simple fact is, we can't compete with an opinion from the paying consumer. The revolution begins January 10th!
Here's how PornUsers.com will interact with webmasters:
1. Users will be able to publish full reviews (pros, cons, bottom line), quick comments, or quick ratings about any site listed at TBP.
2. Webmasters will have the option for direct e-mail nofications when new reviews or comments are published from users.
3. Using their log-in already established (from TBP), webmasters will be able to reply directly to user reviews and comments publically. Webmaster replies will be clearly labeled as 'site webmaster'.
4. Other ideas are being bounced around to allow webmasters to post site info, announcements, and more, that potential consumers would find valuable.
We've talked to site owners and they WANT to hear from the consumers, especially former members! I think the lack of consumer confidence is something our industry naturally suffers from. We're hoping to help improve user confidence. It's time for sites that work hard to provide a solid service (with good support) to get recognized!
