Yesterday - i couldn't get connected with ICQ till 5pm... what a waste. Not sure what their deal is.. But I spoke with a number of people yesterday who had similar problems. If its a bad password though, maybe someone pulled one over on ya and changed it. best to contact ICQ to reset the password.
