                          what's to research? you know why they were denied - some i'm sure are a drunk who tried a few times but it's still a large number for a small site.

                              we could look to see the reason for the denial, see if they are bank declines, declines by our scrubbing, and the specific reasons. i can give you specifics on each one of those denial emails if you have the time

                                      I have a lot of days like that. It's frustrating as hell.

                                      Mutt, you should get a secondary processor (even Verotel) and redirect those denials to them. It's better than nothing, Ticketsclub sucks, but Verotel has a good approval percentage in my experience.
