The link I use is:
http://cams.com/p/cams/view.cgi?stream=[modelname]&action=bio&pid=[yourpid]-[po/pct].[subacct]
For example:
http://cams.com/p/cams/view.cgi?stre...gXXXX-po.subcw
The PO is for Per Order vs. PCT for percentage. (Just in case you didn't know)
The "subcw" is my sub-account, obviously you don't need this if you don't use subs
