Of course Xmas has been commercialized. It's the American way. lol BUT, if you look past all the bullshit, and LET your mind and heart open for 1 month out of the year, maybe you wouldn't be such a grinch

You say that people saying things like "happy holidays" and such to each other is fake. No it's not. It's the one time a year that let's strangers say hello without anyone thinking we're strange or trying to get anything from them.

Personally, I love the "sales" at Christmas time. I could never get Season 1 and Season 2 of "24" on DVD for $16 during any other time of the year (which it's normally $60-$70 per season any other time).

I could go on and on, but I won't. The point I'm trying to make is, try to look past the bullshit and love the little moments Christmas gives us. Time with family (example: flying out of town to visit relatives), going that extra mile to get a gift that will mean so much to someone else (from a toy donation to orphans, to giving someone you know something special that will make them smile). In negative, find the positive
