I don't consider most of those places to be outrageous.
I've done 1, 2, 3, 8 and 10. Always wanted to try #5 (in a really tall building)
Once was at a house party (party for an upcoming wedding in some rich family, I was a friend of a friend who happened to get invited), brought my then-girlfriend, we did it in their sauna which was just off the main bathroom. People were coming in to pee and I'm sure could hear us going at it in the sauna only a few feet away.
That was hot. (pun intended)
