Somtimes I don't know whether you're truly stupid or just act that way to create an argument in order to get your postcount up...

Let me spell it out for you..

Here are the rules...

1. Calling someone a Pedo
Did he do that?? No.

2. Refferring to them as a Pedo
Did he do that?? No.

3. post Pedo links
Did he do that?? No.

He said that Peaches was involved in "something" related to Pedos. He DID NOT say Peaches WAS a Pedo. What he said was that Peaches was involved with something to do with Pedos. For example. Running a site that catered to the sickos would be "involvement in a pedo venture". Supplying hosting to Pedos would be "involvement in a pedo venture". I would even go so far as to say that providing CC processing where 90% of the sites are "pedo" related would be "involvement in a pedo venture". But NONE of those would even mean that the PERSON was a pedo. And the rules ONLY apply to calling someone or referring to someone as a Pedo.

But hey. If you can clearly spell out to me which pedo rule was broken, I'll happily stop talking about it. But you can't and so all you can do is talk out your ass.

Having said all that, I would say that Lee did make a serious accusation, and the rules DO say you have to provide proof or you could be banned. He wasn't given the chance to post proof. If it was me, I would much rather he be given the chance so that it's shown he was just making a false accusation and then get banned.

As I said, my whole issue with this is how the mods don't adhere to the rules and so some people float around breaking the rules and not getting banned whereas others get banned at the drop of a hat. If you're going to bother having rules then fucking enforce them properly.

The reality is that few people like Lee and so are happy he's banned regardless of whether he broke the rules or not. But those same people would cry like little babies if it happened to them.
