I didn't ask for him to get banned (though many others did) when he posted pictures of a man hanging himself in reference to my son's death, but this was the icing on the cake. I've sent an email to Eric. He was banned long before I even knew the bastard so it's not like he doesn't already carry a history of inappropriate board behavior.Comment

I generally steer clear of drama stuff, because a lot of it I don't know the history of, and partly because I represent a company.
But my opinion is that he should have never been let back on the board after the picture he posted to Peaches awhile back.

Only if you assume the term "venture" means sites and that "involvement" means Peaches was "in charge". For all we know it could have been photography for some catalog that featured kids in artistic scenes. Or it could have been a 14 year old non-nude site. Who the hell knows. And since Lee's banned, now we never will and will never be able to judge for ourselves if in fact what Peaches may or may not have been involved with is questionable.
But that doesn't matter.. the rules, as defined, were still not broken.Comment

I don't care one way or the other whether he's banned or not. I DO want the mods to ban people fairly, especially those that CLEARLY break the rules. And because they don't, I'll raise the issue every fucking time regardless of who gets banned. I've said the exact same thing about people even I can't stand that have gotten banned for NOT breaking the rules.

Let me spell it out for you..
Here are the rules...
1. Calling someone a Pedo
Did he do that?? No.
2. Refferring to them as a Pedo
Did he do that?? No.
3. post Pedo links
Did he do that?? No.
He said that Peaches was involved in "something" related to Pedos. He DID NOT say Peaches WAS a Pedo. What he said was that Peaches was involved with something to do with Pedos. For example. Running a site that catered to the sickos would be "involvement in a pedo venture". Supplying hosting to Pedos would be "involvement in a pedo venture". I would even go so far as to say that providing CC processing where 90% of the sites are "pedo" related would be "involvement in a pedo venture". But NONE of those would even mean that the PERSON was a pedo. And the rules ONLY apply to calling someone or referring to someone as a Pedo.
But hey. If you can clearly spell out to me which pedo rule was broken, I'll happily stop talking about it. But you can't and so all you can do is talk out your ass.
Having said all that, I would say that Lee did make a serious accusation, and the rules DO say you have to provide proof or you could be banned. He wasn't given the chance to post proof. If it was me, I would much rather he be given the chance so that it's shown he was just making a false accusation and then get banned.
As I said, my whole issue with this is how the mods don't adhere to the rules and so some people float around breaking the rules and not getting banned whereas others get banned at the drop of a hat. If you're going to bother having rules then fucking enforce them properly.
The reality is that few people like Lee and so are happy he's banned regardless of whether he broke the rules or not. But those same people would cry like little babies if it happened to them.Comment

If I was "defending my pedo ventures", that clearly implies that I have pedo ventures. Everyone else here sees that.
There was no reason to wait for "proof". There isn't any. I've been accused of a LOT of things in 10 years. Being involved in "pedo ventures" has NEVER been one of them - on this board, any other board, in person, on ICQ, ever. So obviously I never had an opportunity to defend them, as Lee stated.
And as I said before, he should have been banned months ago. Actually he shouldn't have ever been unbanned - the only reason he unbanned was because he kissed Juicy. Very businesslike, lol.Comment
