Regarding the rescan...nothing you are doing wrong and it's something we are looking into cleaning up some...you can continue adding programs while it's scanning too...

It would be really convenient with an sponsor import function which can import sponsors from StatsRemote or Revstats.

when I add a sponsor and check the box to add all the programs within that sponsor it lists them all individually on the left side...jesus, 2 sponsors alone took up the entire window, i have to scroll to see any others....
for instance, wegcash has shitload of programs to promote and I use them all and want stats for them all, but I don't need to see them all individually in the left side one by one....I would love to see just WegCash, and then I click it and it opens up to all their programsComment

I agree and thanks for the feedback...we are currently in the process of adding the logic to group the sponsors under their own node...and for the delete process, add the same functionality the add program window has, so all sub programs can be deleted at once too...Originally posted by JaceXXX

one thing i'm noticing (other than sponsors i'm waiting for lol) is that if the program hangs trying to get updated stats from a sponsor, it doesn't restart the scan or ignore the problem sponsor --- and there's no way to kick it in the ass except by doing a complete restart....

Cool, thanks for the feedback...we are aware of that possibility and in the process of researching/developing a fix...but you are right on the money, the underlying code grabbing the data off of the net can lock up under a few different conditions and we are working on being able to handle and recover...Originally posted by MikeSmoke

Through the help of many webmasters we were able to isolate and correct a couple of issues which were causing the program to either freeze on a particular program requiring a restart, or intermittently fail for random programs during a scan. Both issues have been isolated and corrected and while not everyone was seeing these symptoms, either way you should see a world of improvement.
We've also implemented an Updates and Feedback section which loads during startup and shows you all of the programs which have been recently added, programs which have been updated/modified and a section with the details of the improvements being made to the product. Also in this section are forms to make program requests, notify us of broken programs, request new features and notify us of any issues with the product.
At the same time, we've added a few more programs:

adsense is high on the list, but right now we are prioritizing adding support for programs which only display stats by period, we are missing some programs that are in higher demand than adsense at the moment, and this upgrade is required in order for us to add them...Originally posted by A?
