Yeah best of luck pulling off that plan in Canada, you'd be doing 10 years.. And 1 knife vs 5 meatheads coming down on you? I'd suggest backing away from the computer, going outside and stop watching Chuck Norris Movies.

Honestly, it's not impossible to do. I am fairly good with knife fighting -- if you do it properly, you can disable five guys quite easily ...

One of the 5 just has to grab your arm, This isnt the movies, where 1 guy comes running at you and the other 4 stand there, when 1st guy does down, the next one comes running in..

Most paks come in 3's. It's isn't hard to diasble three flesh bags. You are forgetting lethal fear factor and time enough to run and escape.

Either way, having so much to live for, I would cut away with so much scorn.

I would'nt be brandishing it and projecting I have a knife. You can always huddle for the jump and pull it out.

Military training tends to harden you. Get some and learn real self defense.

I'am too lazy to find the exact wording in the criminal code, but here is a basic summary.

'anyone applying any tool to protect or defend oneself as being the same as the actions of the perpertrator of the violence. This is a no-win situation and should be thoroughly checked into with a lawyer before anyone needs a lawyer. In Canada, Australia, and Great Britain, self defense is not a viable defense much of the time especially if the victim uses anything that was applied as a weapon, regardless of what that tool was - be it a pen or pencil or a nail file, a hat pin or whatever. '

Yeah it sucks, i know, but this isnt America.
