Have you not been reading the threads?

The only Canadian processor that might give you an account is Moneris. Call them up. I'm sure you have to be doing serious volume for them to even consider it, though.

i doubt that the only canadian adult webmasters with adult accounts are the onles that are either doing more than 50k or are with moneris
i am sure there are many more options its just that somehow they have not shared their info

Honestly, the options are cut and dry. There are no Canadian banks that openly process high risk transactions. If anyone does, then it's done very quietly and likely only if there's high volume involved. People have murmured about Moneris but I've set to see a single site, big or small, processing with them.

If you're a Canadian who wants to accept Visa, you need to do it with an IPSP or a merchant account from another Visa region. To do so, you need to incorporate in said region.

Alternately, you can go with some of the fly-by-night companies that aren't Visa compliant. But then you run the risk of losing your cash like with Paymonde, Globill and a handful of other similar IPSPs.

In terms of merchant accounts, very few companies have their own merchant account for processing. Those that do are often the big guys who have the volume to justify it, and even most of them don't (take a look at the join pages for Gamma, Platinum Bucks and Braincash for example). In terms of cost-effectiveness, it's really not worth it to have a merchant account if you don't have volume. Canadians who have their own merchant account got one by incorporating elsewhere.

Judging by the response i got on this thread, you may be very well right.
it looks like options are severely limited

The other option that has not yet been mentioned is incorporating in the US or EU, with a partner (whom you trust!) who has citizenship in that region to be your "principle" representative with the IPSP. This then opens the door for CCBill and other solid IPSPs which have that requirement.

If you have a relative or a friend you can trust then I think this can be the best way depending on the circumstances.

                actually Yes
this currently is the best and sort of permamnent option
but partnership is a slippery slope generally when free money for one partner is involved

This idea has been mentioned several times in the thread. Whether you do it through a friend or do it through a company that specializes in this type of setup, it's still the same.

Like RegUser said, partnership is dangerous. I'd rather pay my money to an established ccompany who specializes in this process.

I started another thread on this matter, and hoe CCBill needed to take the lead on this.
The responce from CCbill at that time was there was little interest from Canadian webmsters for the service.
I still refuse to believe they could not make it work somehow and that it would be finacialy viable for them.
They did mention they may re-look at it and I would urge anyone intereted in this to email them and voice your opinion.

I remember 2-3 years ago, CCBill was looking at the possibility of establishing a relationship with a Canadian bank for processing. I think there simply weren't enough webmasters with significant volume who were interested to get CCBill to pursue the idea.

That depends on a few things. First and foremost, these Visa regulations only apply to processing for customers in the Visa USA region. So if an Asian webmaster wants to open a site to Americans, he'd either have to find a processor based in the Visa Asia region, or incorporate elsewhere like we have to.

I don't think there's a significant amount of webmasters looking to market to the US are based in Asia. I know Deescash and Join Right Now are, but they're incorporate elsewhere.

I just spent weeks jumping through MANY hoops for Moneris and today was declined for having a teen section in my content store. They had already told me I wasn't doing anything on the prohibited list.

After looking at the above links it seems the cheapest way to get into Europe appears to be the puchase of a U.K Limited company for a few hundred dollars. Jordans & Secretariatservices both offer packages for this.
I haven't made my mind up as to exactly what to do, but Gibralter does look good.
As for billing...I've seen others suggesting: http://www.hughesbilling.com/
Though I can't say I've ever heard of them. However, that doesn't mean they aren't good...just not as well known.
Anyone else have any ideas or solutions? There are plenty of Canadians & Aussies who need these services.

It's just a matter of what jurisdiction you may want for incorporation - Jordans is prob the largest formation agent in the UK. If you want to establish in Gib - use a Gib agent etc.
                                            Hey Webby
I need to discuss offshore company formation with you as you seem to know a lot and most importantly are straight to the point.
Is there any icq or email address i can contact you at...for no more than 5 minutes I promise. I know what I want, what i need, just need some final clarifications before taking the plunge.

I have used these guys for mainstream ecommerce for the last year.
They payout on time and have support on msn which is good.
I am not sure if they accept adult or not.
