Hes buying from and hosting on yahoo. He has TONS of domains but is paying:

$25.00 setup fee

Per domain which is odd. He gets account after account cancelled but still doesnt simply buy a Chinese bp server for 1k.

My guess is he uses the yahoo hosting and domains to avoid the filters since his own bp would be blacklisted fast. But i cant see how yahoo keeps on accepting his credit card or payments in general.

Spamassasin does really well for me. You can also try Popfile (search www.sf.net) for windows.
I have an email account that is amazing how much spam it gets...at least 50 an hour.
Good thing the ISP has some amazing spam filter that keeps my inbox clean.
