Check out Library of Thumbs there are some pic passes available. Pic submit passes are only $30/mth for 2 submits per day. Humbolt runs a tight ship and has great traffic.

It depends on your submitting habits and the niches you promote. They're all a fair price if you're using them daily.

Adbrite is great, however I find their templates not the friendliest with integration into people's sites (ie. cosmetically). They are a great company and have definetely cut themselves a niche out of the market
