                                                                                                                                        I have blacklisted this board, all it does is focus on negative energy and is mostly an ignorant bunch of loudmouths. The real talents are lurkers. Now these are the ones you have to train your eye on.

                                                                                                                                        i suggest you make some calls to friends who have regional offices in there. Think thrice about any word given by locals who run outsourcing firms. I'm sure they've posted here and you can tell by their manners.
